I take on a limited number of clients so the work stays focused and manageable. Communication stays simple — email, messages, and voice notes work best. If something grows beyond our original plan, we’ll talk it through before anything shifts. Your information stays confidential, and anything I create for your business is for your business only, so please don’t copy, resell, or distribute it. Ongoing support can be paused or canceled with 30 days’ notice, and project deposits are non-refundable since time and work are reserved in advance. I do my best to reply quickly, but it may take up to 24 hours depending on the day. If anything ever feels unclear, just reach out — we’ll talk it through together.
